I was new to the area and went there on a whim. They were very informative about what was wrong with my car when I needed it fixed. They also explained issues that were present beyond what I was there to have checked out and what those issues could lead to, and how urgent (OR not-urgent) they were. They didn't make me feel like my car was about to fall apart, or that I needed to spend lots of money on lots of repairs right away. They simply explained what has been worn down and the potential effects. I appreciated the info, and the fact that while I know almost nothing about cars they didn't try to make me feel like I need everything worked on ASAP. Second time I went in was quick and easy, and they called me by name. I've already recommended them to my friends and will continue to use their services as long as I'm living here!
