I agree with Jana S. They are amazing auto wizards who keep my 2000 Trooper trooping. Scheduling a repair is easy and they have actually driven me to the train station so I do not miss any work. Nice little Thai restaurant around the corner too.

The customer service was outstanding. They explained every thing that needed to be done and gave estimates for everything. They did a great job on the repairs and they finished in a very timely manner. I will be going back for all my other services I will need.

The folks at Mid Cities certainly know their cars, but it's more than that, it's about taking care of the customer. My 2003 Mitsubishi VR-X needed some work done on it and after much dissatisfaction with what the dealerships charge for work and some research the best think I ever did was take my car here. You can be assured the work is done right and if not, they make sure to get it right. They listen to the customer, and they're just plain courteous. Most of all they're honest...nothing more nothing less, everything is explained BEFORE work is started. Thanks to Tam and the rest of the team for an outstanding job. Sol M

I have use this service center for years and the service they have provided me for all of my vehicles has been outstanding and fair. I have taken my Maxima, Jeep, Lexus and have absolutely no concerns about them servicing my new BMW. In today's economy, I appreciate a service center that I can trust with my cars. If you need service for your car, I highly recommend Bob Parra and his team.

I have brought numerous automobiles to Mid-Cities Service Center, and they have always provided excellent service at a very affordable price. I can honestly tell you that I have never been disappointed in the quality or cost of service they provide. I previously brought my Infiniti to the local dealership, and they wanted to charge me over $1600 for a problem with the on-board computer. A close friend that was very happy with Mid-Cities Service Center recommended that I let them give me a second opinion, and I am so glad I did because they were able to resolve the problem for less than $300. I have since returned to Mid-Cities Service Center on numerous occasions, and they have always exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Bob Parra the Owner, Ron Taskey - Manager, Tam Burks - Manager, and the whole crew at Mid-Cities Service Center for their excellent customer service. The office managers, Ron and Tam, have made arrangements for one of their guys to give me a ride back home when I leave my vehicle. That's good customer service. I have been using Mid Cities Service Center since 2003 and have always gotten exceptional, friendly, professional service. They don't let me spend my money needlessly and are upfront and honest. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else. I drive used cars, so having a good place to take my cars is very important. They are just the best, provide me with peace of ming and I'll never use anyone else.
