It may be because I've had too many various issues with my current vehicle, so I've made more than my share of visits to Mid-Cities Service Center, but each visit doesn't seem like a "transaction." So many businesses provide the service and process the payment and it feels like our roles are clearly defined. The interactions are friendly, but seem scripted. One of the things I appreciate about Mid-Cities Service Center is that the conversations feel more like neighbors talking than just business. Yes, the work and explanations are professional, but they are also carried out in a way that everyone is on even ground. It's people interacting with people, which often seems like a lost art in our society.
